Introducing the Leadership Team of The Pengrad Wave Community

On Saturday, 24th January 2026, The Pengrad Wave Community took an important step forward with the announcement of its first set of community leadership roles.

This moment marks more than just new titles—it represents structure, responsibility, and a shared commitment to building a community that learns together, grows together, and creates impact beyond individual fields.

A Community Built on Intentional Leadership

The Pengrad Wave was created as a space for learning, collaboration, innovation, and personal growth. As the community continues to evolve, leadership becomes essential—not to control, but to guide, support, and uphold the standards and values the Wave stands for.

With that in mind, we are excited to officially announce the following members of The Pengrad Wave Community Leadership:

🌊 Chioma Mirabel Nwodo

Community Management Lead

As Community Management Lead, Chioma Mirabel Nwodo will be responsible for nurturing engagement, fostering meaningful interactions, and ensuring that members feel seen, heard, and supported within the Wave. Her role focuses on building a healthy, inclusive, and active community culture where collaboration thrives.

🌊 Chukwunonso Chinonso

Wave Experience & Quality Lead

The Wave Experience & Quality Lead role centers on how members experience the Wave—from sessions and discussions to overall learning value. Chukwunonso Chinonso will oversee quality, consistency, and excellence, ensuring that every touchpoint within the Wave reflects its purpose and standards.

🌊 Daniella Abolarin

Assistant Innovation and Strategy Handle Lead

Innovation and strategy are at the heart of The Pengrad Wave. As Assistant Innovation and Strategy Handle Lead, Daniella Abolarin will support ideation, strategic thinking, and forward-looking initiatives that help the community stay relevant, impactful, and growth-oriented.

Leadership Beyond Titles

One of the core philosophies of The Pengrad Wave is that leadership is not limited to background, profession, or field. These appointments reflect the belief that people can step beyond their primary areas of expertise, learn new skills, and make meaningful contributions.

This leadership structure is also part of an ongoing internal training process for the Wave team—designed to strengthen collaboration, accountability, and shared ownership as the community grows.

Looking Ahead

The announcement of these roles is just the beginning. As The Pengrad Wave continues to expand, these leaders will play a key role in shaping experiences, strengthening community bonds, and driving innovation.

We look forward to the impact they will make and invite the entire Wave community to support, collaborate with, and learn alongside them.

Together, we ride the Wave 🌊
Together, we build legacy.
